Jawaher Allala, CEO and co-founder of [Systnaps](/) since 2007, was recently honoured as Woman of Innovation at the prestigious Women in Industry Awards ceremony organised by L'Usine Nouvelle.
The distinction recognises her remarkable leadership and her commitment to innovation in the eco-responsible governance and management of the data lifecycle.
A career rich in expertise
A French woman entrepreneur, she brings an accomplished career spanning more than 25 years of expertise in information systems and finance within large private and public organisations.
Over the years she has built a solid reputation as a pioneer in promoting innovation and environmental responsibility through data. Her commitment has helped raise industry awareness of digital pollution and promote more sustainable practices.

Committed to the IT community
She is highly active within many professional organisations, where she promotes good practice in the eco-responsible use of data. She chairs the Data and Cloud commission at Numeum (the merger of TechIn France and Syntec) and has been a member of the European digital sovereignty project GAIA-X from day one.
Her engagement does not stop there. She is also involved with the GouvInfo association, AFCDP, AFAI – ISACA, CIGREF, Planet Tech'Care, the Solar Impulse global alliance, the MacArthur Foundation and the Human Technology Foundation (data altruism), and takes part in research work with ANRT, CNRS and CEA.
