“Data Altruism” report — data in the service of the general interest

> On 25 November 2020, the European Commission proposed a draft regulation on data governance, known as the Data Governance Act (DGA), whose objective is to “foster the availability of data for use, by increasing trust in data intermediaries and strengthening data-sharing mechanisms across the EU”.
