Classifying unstructured data

Systnaps, which specialises in accelerating digital, data and AI projects, recently completed an ambitious project for the Île-de-France Region. Centred on the intelligent classification of unstructured data, the project made it possible to exploit and organise vast volumes of data efficiently.
Beyond putting considerable data volumes to work, the project also optimised their management through advanced AI techniques. The Data Recycling® solution from Systnaps made information that had been hard to handle both accessible and usable. The project's main outcomes include:
- Protection of sensitive information: stronger security for critical data.
- Regulatory compliance: alignment with applicable standards and laws to avoid legal risk.
- Optimised resource management: better allocation of resources through more precise data analysis.
- More efficient data retrieval: faster, more reliable access to the information needed.
- A stronger security policy: robust strategies put in place to protect data.
- User awareness: training users for better understanding and handling of data.
- Data lifecycle management: effective control of the entire process, from creation to deletion.
Following the project, Systnaps was honoured by the Île-de-France Region on 22 May for its significant contribution to innovation, economic development and job creation.
